What is polyacrylate rubber (ACM)?
Polyacrylate rubber is produced by polymerizing acrylic acid to acrylic acid ester. They have very similar properties to ethylene-acrylic elastomers in that they are highly resistant to heat, oxygen and ozone. In addition, ACM has good swelling resistance to mineral oils, unlike AEM. However, the elasticity and the cold behavior disadvantaged compared to AEM.
